PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT REQUIRED
Crystal Junior enhancement services are exclusively for clients ages 8–13. A parent or legal guardian must complete the Crystal Nailz™ Minor Nail Enhancement Consent Form before service. Junior enhancements are kept at a short, age-appropriate length.
