What to expect, and what we ask of you.
Thank you for choosing Crystal Nailz. My goal is to provide every client with a luxury experience, exceptional service, and long-lasting results. Please review the following policies carefully before booking.By booking an appointment and paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed below.
Appointments are available by appointment only.Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on the schedule for the day.If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve every appointment.Your deposit is applied toward your total service price.By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to:• The selected service and its listed price.
• Any applicable add-on services or upgrade fees.
• All salon policies.
• The remaining balance due at your appointment.Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, change of mind, or failure to read the service description.No exceptions.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.Appointments rescheduled with proper notice may transfer the deposit one time only.Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.
Clients who fail to arrive without notice will lose their deposit.Future appointments may require payment in full before booking.
To provide a relaxing experience for every client, no extra guests or children are permitted unless they are receiving a scheduled service.
I reserve the right to refuse working over another technician’s work if it is unsafe or may affect the quality of the service.If you currently have product on your nails, please book the appropriate removal service when scheduling.
Freestyle services are customized based on:• Your preferred colors
• Inspiration photos
• My artistic creativityNo two freestyle sets are identical.Exact recreations cannot be guaranteed.Character art, excessive rhinestones, 3D art, encapsulated designs, specialty charms, chrome, or extra-detailed artwork may require additional time and pricing.
If a service-related issue occurs within 5 days of your appointment, please contact me with clear photos.Repairs resulting from accidental damage, improper care, picking, biting, lifting caused by trauma, or normal wear are not complimentary.
The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of your appointment.Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in refusal of future services.
Photos or videos of completed work may be taken for business and social media purposes.If you prefer your hands not be photographed, please let me know before your service begins.
Your satisfaction is important to me.If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact me within 48 hours so we can determine the best solution.Refunds are not provided for completed services.
By scheduling an appointment and submitting your deposit, you confirm that you:

Service Changes
Once your appointment has begun, changing your selected service may not be possible due to scheduling.
Requests to upgrade, change designs, or add services during your appointment will be accommodated only if time permits and additional fees will apply.
This prevents clients from booking a lower-priced service and expecting a higher-priced one at the appointment.
